By using Handyman+ websites and tools, you agree to use them lawfully and only for their intended purpose. Estimates, inspection-based preliminary scopes, and pricing ranges are informational planning aids only. Final pricing and performance of work are between you and independent contractors or companies you engage—not Handyman+ as the contractor of record.
Licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other regulated work must be performed by appropriately licensed professionals where required. The platform may route or refer such work; handyman scope is limited to work that law and licensing allow for your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (including addresses, photos, and documents). Misrepresentation may void quotes or engagements.
Handyman+ is a software provider. It does not perform construction work as your contractor of record unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
