Privacy policy

Draft summary only. A full attorney-reviewed privacy policy will replace this page. Sensitive documents and account data are still handled under operational least-privilege practices; this page is not a substitute for formal privacy counsel.

Handyman+ collects information you voluntarily provide (for example through estimate requests, job intake, contact forms, account sign-up, and file uploads needed to deliver the service). We use it to respond to you, operate the platform, coordinate work, and meet legal obligations.

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (for example hosting, email, payments, and database vendors) that process data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Estimate and inspection submissions may include property areas, photos, and PDFs. Full street addresses may be withheld from other users until you consent through the platform. Data is used to operate matching, messaging, and coordination—access follows least-privilege rules and Row Level Security where implemented.

Photo and document uploads should only include material you have the right to share. Optional marketing consent, when offered, is separate from project coordination.
