Handyman+ collects information you voluntarily provide (for example through estimate requests, job intake, contact forms, account sign-up, and file uploads needed to deliver the service). We use it to respond to you, operate the platform, coordinate work, and meet legal obligations.
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (for example hosting, email, payments, and database vendors) that process data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Estimate and inspection submissions may include property addresses, photos, and PDFs; these are used to prepare preliminary scopes and are handled as operational business records—access is limited to systems and staff who need them to fulfill the request.
