How it works
Handyman+ is a curated marketplace for home and property work. Choose Browse Professionals to request a company you like, or Start a Project to describe the work and receive comparable options when matching is enabled. Handyman+ structures scope and planning ranges—trade work is performed by independent provider companies.
Path B — Start a Project
- Describe work on the estimator and get a planning range when confidence allows.
- Handyman+ matches and invites eligible companies as sealed proposals roll out.
- Compare standardized options when sealed proposal comparison is enabled.
- Manage schedule, messages, and changes in your project workspace.
Planning ranges vs quotes
Automated bands are planning ranges—not bids or final quotes. Provider proposals and your accepted final quote come later in the project flow. Some categories (including inspection-report repairs) need documents and human review before any dollar range appears.
Platform checkout and payment protection are not live yet—coordinate scope and quotes in-platform; pay per program terms when Phase 7 legal gates open.
